The Première of ‘Toaster’ was held 8th September and was covered in an extended feature on BBC South East who reported live from the venue, where a huge crowd of 600 witnessed the young stars of the film arrive by stretch limo, walk up the red carpet and be snapped by press photographers.

BBC South East presenter Katherine Carpenter who previewed clips of the film described them in her report as “very funny indeed”.

By 10am the following morning the filmmakers received a bona fide worldwide internet distribution offer that they are currently considering as well as offers of investment for their next picture.

John Sullivan, who buys and sells cinemas said “It was a fantastic show”.

James Freeman from Penshurst enthused “It was genius. I’m going right home to order the DVD”.

Kat Court from Langton Green quipped that the film was “perfectly toasted on both sides”.
